Job Description
Tradewind Recruitment are supporting an alternative provision setting in Tameside that works with pupils who have been excluded or are at risk of exclusion.
This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where no two days are the same.
The role:
- Supporting students with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour
- Building strong relationships and acting as a positive role model
- Supporting learning in small groups and 1:1 settings
We're looking for:
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Resilience and confidence
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
