This is a fantastic chance to gain diverse classroom experience, build connections with local schools, and make a real impact on students' learning during a key part of the academic year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Adapt teaching approaches to suit different classroom environments and student needs
- Mark and assess student work, providing constructive feedback
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom atmosphere
- Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
- Collaborate with school staff to support student progress
- Ensure safeguarding and wellbeing standards are upheld at all times
What we're looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong subject knowledge in English
- Adaptability and confidence across different school settings
- A commitment to inspiring and engaging students
- Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references
- Legal Right to Work in the UK
