The Impact Academy

Your Role
- Source and interview candidates
- * Build and maintain client relationships
- * Generate new business opportunities
- * Work towards and exceed KPIs and sales targets
- * Earn commission as you progress
Training & Development
You'll receive ongoing coaching, mentorship, and access to industry-leading training resources.
Career Progression
After your first year, you'll transition into a sales-focused role with advanced training in business development and client management.
What We're Looking For
We are hiring graduates (2022-2026) who:
- * Worked throughout their studies
- * Have a driving licence or are learning
- * If graduated 2025 or earlier - have been working since
- * If graduating 2026 - must show consistent work history
- * Have experience in sales, hospitality, teaching, or fast-paced environments
