Higher Level teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Location: Greenwich

Start Date: September 2026

Contract: Full Time - Term Time Only

Are you an enthusiastic and skilled HLTA looking to make an impact in a vibrant school community within The London Borough of Greenwich? Tradeind are seeking a confident, motivated and compassionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant to joining a friendly staff team at a Primary School in Greenwich.

As the HLTA across the school, you will;

• Lead learning activities across the school including whole class cover when required
• Support teachers in planning, preperation and assessment
• Deliver Target Interventions to help pupils progress
• Work closely with children of varying abilities including those with SEN
• Contribute to a positive learning environment

• Hold HLTA status
• Have strong classroom management and communication skills
• Are confident with leading groups
• Are passionate about supporting children's learning
• Work collaboratively as a team
• Are available from September 2026 on a full time basis
