A rare available opportunity to join our thriving riding centre has arisen. The TPEC team prides themselves on delivering a quality equestrian experience at all times to our diverse clientele & students based on the outskirts of Central London. You can be in Central London within 30 mins!

Job Responsibilities:

  • To coach riding school and livery clients in all disciplines providing excellent customer experience
  • To assist the training of career students training for BHS assessments
  • Management of the centre as part of the senior team.
  • To ensure the safety and welfare of horses, career students, staff and all clients is imperative.
  • To support safe working practices and observe the Employer’s Health & Safety policy at all times
  • Ability to understand and uphold TPEC's policy and fulfil the ethos of the Centre.
  • Keeping the Centre Manager informed of any issues that may arise
  • Opportunities for CPD and to further your BHS training are available.

Personal Specification:

  • Must be an organised team player with an ability to work solely or in a team and thrive under pressure. Multi-tasking is essential.
  • Must be committed to the role and pay attention with particular focus to all aspects of the Centre including the career students, clients & the horses.
  • First Aid and DBS or the documentation required to obtain this is required
  • Fit and healthy for the role and the demands of an outdoor all-weather sport.

Role Specifics:

  • 5 day week/Flexible working hours (will include some evening teaching)
  • Live in or out opportunity
  • Use of company vehicles
  • Riding time available

  • 28 days holiday including statutory holidays, bank holidays are considered as working days.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must hold BHS Stage 3 Coach in Complete Horsemanship (minimum qualification required) or equivalent (Formally known as the BHS AI)
