FULL DESCRIPTION

Role Description:

We’re currently seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist with a passion for marketing, data, technology and a talent for designing, implementing, and optimizing automated marketing campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and customer retention.

Location:

This is a fully remote role in Romania.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with client stakeholders and project team members to identify, design, develop, and deploy enterprise solutions using different marketing automation technology tools.
  • Be a key contributor for campaign design, execution, and integration projects.
  • Participate in deployment and change management of developed technology solutions.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of the implementation of technology solutions.
  • Serve as a marketing automation specialist support; make recommendations and share best practices with clients;
  • Optimizing, debugging, and implementing marketing automation campaigns in Marketing Technologies environments.
  • Database (SQL) analysis, reporting and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science or related degree.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • SQL / Understanding of relational databases.
  • Proficiency in English (written & verbal communication).
  • Experience in utilizing marketing automation/CRM platforms such as Unica Campaign, Eloqua, HubSpot, Adobe Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or other similar tools.
