SUPERVISOR - BREWDOG, WATERLOO STATION

Pay Rate: £14.25 per hour, Full Time (30-40 hrs) roles available.

*Opportunity to earn extra tips and service charge **

Shift times between 8 am and 11:30. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Hospitality moves fast - and so do you! If you thrive on action, love leading people, and want to make an impact every day, our Supervisor role’s got your name on it.
  • Due to some responsibilities within the Supervisorrole, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
  • Previous experience leading a team in a busy bar or hospitality environment is desirable for this role, but not essential. We are happy to train you. Personality is what counts!

ABOUT THE SUPERVISOR  ROLE:

  • Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the go.
  • Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.
  • Inspire your team to deliver great customer service, be the go-to person for customer and team queries.
  • Results focussed, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
  • Work alongside the team during busy shifts, leading by example and taking a hands-on approach.
  • Support with day-to-day tasks across the unit to keep service running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Help your team stay organised, motivated and focused throughout the shift.
