About the Role
With strong traction across the US and Middle East, [Employer hidden] is entering an exciting new chapter as we scale internationally and navigate our Series A raise. We are now looking for a Head of Marketing to help shape the next phase of our growth. This is a rare opportunity to build and scale the marketing engine behind a high-growth luxury platform and play a defining role in building one of the most exciting fashion brands of the next decade. This role requires a highly personable and creative individual with strong planning and organisational skills, as well as a solid understanding of the luxury and independent fashion landscape.
We are looking for a strategic and creative marketing leader who thrives in high-growth environments and is excited about building a culturally relevant brand. As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for defining and executing [Employer hidden]’s global marketing vision and strategy, building a high-buzz luxury brand, and driving sustainable customer growth across markets.
You will oversee a team of marketers, building a high-performance marketing function that combines strong brand storytelling with disciplined growth strategy. This role requires a brand visionary who understands how to create cultural relevance while executing 360° marketing campaigns across multiple channels - from organic and community to partnerships and performance.
You will work closely with our Partnerships (sourcing) team, founders, and E-Commerce/ Product teams to ensure the [Employer hidden] brand experience is consistent, inspiring and impactful across every customer touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead [Employer hidden]’s global marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, acquisition and retention across key markets
- Shape and protect the [Employer hidden] brand, building a culturally relevant, high-buzz global fashion platform
- Lead end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across all channels, combining standout storytelling with commercial performance
- Drive high-impact partnerships, collaborations and cultural moments that expand reach and brand relevance
- Own organic, community and performance marketing, ensuring strong alignment between brand and growth
- Partner closely with Ecommerce, Product and Partnerships teams to deliver a seamless, high-converting brand experience
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, creating scalable processes and strong channel ownership
- Use data and insight to continuously optimise performance, improve efficiency and inform strategy
About You
- Extensive commercial experience as a Marketing Lead within high-growth consumer, fashion or luxury brands, ideally at Series A+ stage (ideally 8+ years experience)
- Proven track record building premium brands and delivering campaigns that resonate with Gen Z and Millennial audiences
- Strong blend of brand instinct and data-driven thinking, comfortable owning both strategy and execution
- Experienced leading teams and working cross-functionally with product, ecommerce and commercial functions
- Deep understanding of the US market, with exposure to Middle Eastern audiences a bonus
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on and excited by scale-up environments
- Passionate about fashion, culture and emerging designers
- Motivated to build a brand people love, talk about and come back to
