The role involves developing and enhancing teaching practices and strategically planning for improvements in pedagogy.

Main Pay Range/Upper Pay Range plus TLR2H (£6188 per annum)
[Employer hidden] is the outstanding 2013 and 2023 flagship school in the Trinity Multi-Academy Trust and the lead school in the Trinity Institute of Education. In 2019 the academy was awarded the World Class Schools quality mark and we have proudly been reaccredited this in 2022. The latest Ofsted report highlights:

We are currently looking for a dynamic, passionate and inspirational Student Progress Leader in Geography, to support the work of the curriculum leadership team to raise standards of student attainment and achievement by developing and enhancing the teaching practice of others. You will support the work of the curriculum leadership team and strategically plan for improvement in the quality of pedagogy across the academy.
