As we continue to lead the class in 3.5-tonne GVW low-floored Lutons, we’re on the lookout for a passionate and proven sales professional to join our dynamic team: a Commercial Sales Executive.

Your Mission: Drive Growth and Forge Relationships

As our new Commercial Sales Executive, you won’t just be selling vehicles; you’ll be instrumental in shaping our future growth. We’re seeking someone with a proven track record of success in the commercial vehicle sector who is ready to take on significant responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and implement winning sales strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • New Business Generation: Proactively identify and cultivate new opportunities, building strong, lasting relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers.
  • Market Insight: Stay ahead of the curve by conducting thorough market research, understanding industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.
  • Collaborative Success: Work closely with our experienced sales team, sharing best practices and supporting collective targets.
  • Client Maximisation: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to existing clients, strengthening partnerships and increasing revenue.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilise CRM software and other sales tools for accurate tracking, reporting, pipeline management, and performance analysis.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets. Specifically, we’re seeking individuals who possess:

  • Commercial Vehicle Sales Expertise: A solid track record of success in B2B or commercial vehicle sales.
  • Exceptional Relationship Building: The ability to truly understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Outstanding Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Organisational Prowess: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of sales experience is preferred, along with a valid Driving Licence.
