We’re looking for an ACA or ACCA qualified Senior Accountant / Manager to take a key role in managing and growing a client portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to shape your own team while working with a diverse range of clients—from sole traders to large limited companies.

The Role:

• Manage and develop a portfolio of new clients, all signed up and referred by the firm’s partners.
• Provide hands-on support to a variety of businesses, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Build and lead a small team to support your growing client base.
• Oversee compliance work, including year-end accounts, tax returns, and financial reporting.
• Be a key contact for clients, providing proactive advice and fostering strong relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• ACA or ACCA qualified with strong experience in client portfolio management.
• Ability to manage and mentor a small team, developing talent as the portfolio expands.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Strong technical knowledge in accounting, taxation, and compliance.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
