ABOUT THE JOB

You'll develop and deliver platform-specific content strategies that support brand and marketing objectives, staying across emerging trends and cultural moments to keep Marella relevant.
You'll lead social content productions from ideation through to delivery, briefing and managing external creative agencies and production partners with clear guidance and quality control.
You'll edit video and stills content for use across digital channels, owning the full creative workflow from brainstorms through to stakeholder alignment and sign-off.
You'll develop and maintain social content guidelines aligned to Marella's wider brand standards, ensuring all content meets expectations for tone, visual identity and quality.
You'll support teams across the cruise business with ad hoc content needs and manage relationships with external partners, building strong working relationships with ship-based teams.
You'll champion a test-and-learn mindset, experimenting with new formats to drive engagement and growth across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.

ABOUT YOU

You have experience managing social content production within a brand or agency environment with excellent creative judgement and confidence to brief and direct external partners.
 You possess expert skills in Adobe Premiere and Photoshop, with experience across Creative Cloud applications (After Effects and grading tools a plus).
You demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of platform behaviours and trends, particularly TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
You have excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
You are methodical, work well under pressure, and can adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
You show a confident, clear communication style, comfortable leading brainstorms, presenting creative ideas and influencing decisions with a passion for creating social-first content.
