About you...

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Host to provide an excellent customer experience. Excellent communication is essential to build a rapport with customers and colleagues alike. Experience working in a high volume venue is a vital to succeed in this role.

We are looking for someone who -

• Is highly personable & a smart appearance
• Is passionate about delivering excellent customer service
• Must have a can-do attitude, thrives in a busy working environment and is able to communicate clearly with our guests
• Must be able to speak and understand good English

Key Duties -

• Welcome guests to the restaurant and Bar
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
• Manage reservations
• Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas
• Greet customers upon their departure
• Coordinate with waiting staff about available seating options
• Maintain a clean reception area
• Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)
• Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries
• Assist waiting/bar staff as needed
• Friday and Saturday night table service for VIP booths.

Hours...
