Healthcare Assistant

About The Role

We are looking for Healthcare Assistants to join our team supporting an 8-year-old female with a diagnosis of cerebral palsy and epilepsy.

This playful client requires care and support after school with personal care, manual handling, medication administration, and seizure management.

Due to the location of the family home, a UK Driving Licence, with access to your own vehicle, is required.

Available shifts include:

• Week day shifts 15:00 – 20:30
• Additional shifts available during half term

You will ideally be able to commit to a minimum of <<#>> shifts per week, and will have the opportunity to meet and work alongside other clients supported by the company.

About The Role

You will work with a small number of our clients to provide dedicated and professional healthcare services.

Regular shifts of various lengths are available across the company Monday to Sunday, up to 12 hours in duration. You will be required to commit to regular work to support our clients to access consistent and high-quality care.

The client would particularly like to meet people who:

• Are sociable and playful
• Have at least one year’s experience of complex care, including individuals with similar care needs
• Hold a clean driving licence with their own car
• Are female

To be successful, you will:

• Have a minimum of 1 years’ experience of paediatric care
• Be able to commit to the minimum availability of shifts
• Hold the right to work in the UK. Please note that we are unable to offer VISA sponsorship.
• Enhanced DBS Check
