Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care

They support children and vulnerable adults with complex health needs to live safely and comfortably in their own homes. You will deliver dedicated, person-centred care in a home and community setting, building strong, positive relationships with the individuals and families you support.

Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care

Location: Crawley
Pay: From £15 per hour + enhanced rates
Contract: Flexible zero-hour contract
Shifts: Day & Night shifts available (Monday–Sunday)

Are you an experienced Healthcare Assistant looking for flexible work with excellent pay and meaningful, one-to-one care?

You will deliver dedicated, person-centred care in a home and community setting, building strong, positive relationships with the individuals and families you support.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience supporting complex care

  • Full UK driving licence (required)
