Location: Crawley
Pay: From £15 per hour + enhanced rates
Contract: Flexible zero-hour contract
Shifts: Day & Night shifts available (Monday–Sunday)

Are you an experienced Healthcare Assistant looking for flexible work with excellent pay and meaningful, one-to-one care?

[Employer hidden] Solutions is expanding our team in Crawley and surrounding areas. We support children and vulnerable adults with complex health needs to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

You will deliver dedicated, person-centred care in a home and community setting, building strong, positive relationships with the individuals and families you support.

We’d love to hear from you if you have experience with:

• Complex healthcare needs
• Epilepsy management
• Personal care & manual handling
• Learning disabilities
• Medication administration
• Gastrostomy
• Tracheostomy

What You’ll Need

• Experience supporting complex care
• A caring, compassionate approach
• Full UK driving licence (required)
• Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS
