Complex Healthcare Assistant

About The Role

We are looking for nurturing, patient, and friendly Healthcare Assistants, with experience in paediatric care, to support this 11-month-old baby with a rare and complex condition affecting the skin.

This client’s condition requires continuous careful skin and eye care through application of prescribed creams, ointments and other medications.

Successful applicants will have at least one year’s experience in complex paediatric care, or will be confident in supporting infants with healthcare needs.

Available shifts include:

• Night shifts Monday to Sunday

You will ideally be able to commit to a minimum of 2 shifts per week, and will have the opportunity to meet and work alongside other clients supported by the company.

About The Role

You will work with a small number of our clients to provide dedicated and professional healthcare services.

Regular shifts of various lengths are available across the company Monday to Sunday, up to 12 hours in duration. You will be required to commit to regular work to support our clients to access consistent and high-quality care.

The client would particularly like to meet people who:

• Are nurturing and have experience with babies
• Are sensitive and compassionate to the rarity of this condition and the family’s circumstances
• Are female
• Have a full UK clean driving licence
• Have at least one year’s experience of infant care

To be successful, you will:

• Have a minimum of 1 years’ experience of complex care
• Be able to commit to the minimum availability of shifts
• Hold the right to work in the UK. Please note that we are unable to offer VISA sponsorship.
• Enhanced DBS Check
