FULL DESCRIPTION

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is hiring a Technology Delivery Lead / Technical Programme Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale, enterprise transformation programmes. You will take ownership of end-to-end delivery, from shaping solutions and defining roadmaps through to execution, governance, and successful implementation. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments and can confidently operate at the intersection of technology, data, and business.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of data and AI transformation programmes
  • Manage cross-functional teams (engineering, data, product, business and 3 parties (near and offshore)
  • Translate business challenges into structured delivery plans and technical solutions
  • Drive Agile and hybrid delivery practices across multiple workstreams
  • Own programme governance, risk, and stakeholder reporting at senior level
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to unblock delivery and guide technical decisions
  • Ensure data governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance (e.g. GDPR)
  • Support proposal development, scoping, and client engagement
  • Contribute to capability building and best practice development within the UK team and delivering against our OKRs

Experience

  • Proven experience delivering complex technology programmes (8–12+ years)
  • Strong exposure to data platforms and/or AI-driven initiatives
  • Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments potentially from a professional services perspective
  • Deep understanding of software delivery, data architecture, and cloud ecosystems
  • Strong stakeholder management skills (up to C-level)
  • Track record of delivering in regulated or complex environments
  • Ability to operate autonomously while leading teams and driving outcomes
  • Ability to balance internal capability development while focusing on client delivery
