Solar Technician

​Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Solar Technician for Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar PV projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preventive and corrective maintenance and strong proficiency in troubleshooting both Central and String Inverters. The role involves ensuring maximum plant availability, performance, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Operations & Maintenance - Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance of C&I solar PV plants - Monitor plant performance and analyze generation data to identify faults and losses - Conduct string-level checks, IV curve analysis, and thermography (if applicable) - Ensure timely breakdown resolution to minimize downtime Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Skills - Strong knowledge of solar PV systems (C&I scale) - Proven expertise in Central and String Inverter troubleshooting - Understanding of DC/AC systems, protection systems, and grid connectivity - Experience with SCADA, data loggers, and plant monitoring tools - Ability to read electrical drawings, SLDs, and layout diagrams If this position is of interest to you, apply now!
