Job Title:Business Analyst – Process Improvement and Root Cause Analysis

Location: Hybrid Redhill, UK (2days/week onsite)

Duration: 6Weeks Contract

500GBP/day Inside IR35

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst to design and develop a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) playbook. This role will focus on understanding business processes, defining governance, and creating structured documentation to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) framework
  • Develop a structured RCA playbook including processes, governance, and reporting
  • Perform process mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE) and identify improvement opportunities
  • Define and document workflows, roles & responsibilities (RACI), and operating models
  • Create standard reporting templates and documentation artefacts
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather inputs and align on processes
  • Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure effective implementation
  • Support process improvement and transformation initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst in process improvement / transformation projects
  • Expertise in process mapping, process design, and documentation
  • Experience in defining governance frameworks and operating models
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to run workshops and requirement gathering sessions

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in Insurance or Operations domain
  • Exposure to Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies
  • Experience working on process improvement or transformation programs
