Job description
Job Title: PMO / PPM Analyst
Location: Hybrid Redhill, UK (2days/week onsite)
Duration: 6 Weeks Contract
360GBP/day Inside IR35
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled PMO / PPM Analyst to support portfolio management and project delivery within a structured environment. The role will involve planning, governance, reporting, and ensuring smooth execution across multiple projects/programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support mobilisation and management of project/programme portfolios
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and trackers
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders using Excel and reporting tools
- Support governance processes, including RAID logs, status reporting, and documentation
- Assist in capacity and demand planning across projects
- Work closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards, frameworks, and best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience as a PMO Analyst / PPM Analyst
- Experience working within insurance or financial services environments (preferred)
- Proven experience in portfolio management and project planning
- Strong Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, dashboards)
- Experience supporting or working as a Project Manager
- Good understanding of project lifecycle and governance frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in capacity and demand modelling
- Exposure to project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, etc.)
