Job description

Job Title: PMO / PPM Analyst

Location: Hybrid Redhill, UK (2days/week onsite)

Duration: 6 Weeks Contract

360GBP/day Inside IR35

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled PMO / PPM Analyst to support portfolio management and project delivery within a structured environment. The role will involve planning, governance, reporting, and ensuring smooth execution across multiple projects/programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support mobilisation and management of project/programme portfolios
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and trackers
  • Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders using Excel and reporting tools
  • Support governance processes, including RAID logs, status reporting, and documentation
  • Assist in capacity and demand planning across projects
  • Work closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
  • Ensure adherence to PMO standards, frameworks, and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience as a PMO Analyst / PPM Analyst
  • Experience working within insurance or financial services environments (preferred)
  • Proven experience in portfolio management and project planning
  • Strong Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, dashboards)
  • Experience supporting or working as a Project Manager
  • Good understanding of project lifecycle and governance frameworks
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in capacity and demand modelling
  • Exposure to project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, etc.)
