Performance Analyst (3-Month Contract | Inside IR35)
We’re looking for a Performance Analyst to join a leading energy business, supporting key commercial and operational decisions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, building strong relationships, and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- 3 month contract opportunity
- Daily rate: £400 - £500 per day
- INSIDE IR35
- Remote
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Support decision-making that shapes B2B energy performance
- Build and maintain key KPIs and dashboards across commercial and operational areas
- Use Power BI to create a single source of truth for reporting
- Analyse pricing, volume, and portfolio trends within the energy market
- Help identify risks and opportunities across the business
What You’ll Bring
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Working knowledge of Power BI, Alteryx, and SQL
- Experience using a range of data analysis and visualisation tools
- Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, and communication skills
- The ability to prioritise effectively and take ownership of your work
