Compliance Consultant
This role is fully onsite (5 days/week) in London, UK. Responsibilities: - Carry out CMI’s Due Diligence checks on counterparties, shipping operation suppliers, marketing consultants, and shipping agents - Provide backup to the Senior Analysts in coordinating the KYC approval process for client. - Keep abreast of new or developing compliance risks related to changes to ABAC and ES regulations, and prepare briefings for colleagues in Compliance and Legal - Collaborate with colleagues to develop positive and proactive approaches to ABAC and ES compliance Education and Certifications: - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required. Experience: - 2+ Years experience in ABAC/KYC compliance preferred Skills: - Working knowledge of the natural gas and LNG market/of ABAC and KYC processes preferred - Must demonstrate integrity, decisiveness, and good judgment under pressure - Ability to manage a diverse and demanding workload, work independently, and as a member of a team - Strong ambition to learn and ability to communicate with people of different professional backgrounds - Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required - Strong analytical skills are required. - Strong attention to detail If this position is of interest to you, apply now!
