FULL DESCRIPTION
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and deliver theTRCB (Transformation, Risk, Compliance & Business) program initiatives. The role involves managing complex, cross-functional programs aligned with strategic objectives, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and business transformation across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of TRCB programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals
- Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics
- Manage interdependencies across multiple projects and workstreams
Stakeholder Management
- Engage senior stakeholders across business, technology, risk, and compliance teams
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership and governance forums
- Act as a key liaison between global and regional teams
Risk & Compliance Oversight
- Ensure all program activities adhere to regulatory and internal compliance standards
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues
- Work closely with Risk and Compliance teams to maintain governance frameworks
Delivery & Execution
- Drive program execution using Agile/Waterfall methodologies as appropriate
- Monitor program performance (KPIs, milestones, budgets)
- Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards
Financial & Resource Management
- Manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation
- Optimize utilization of resources across projects
Change & Transformation
- Lead business transformation initiatives including process improvements and digital adoption
- Ensure effective change management and communication strategies
- Support cultural and operational shifts within the organization
Skills
- Strong program and project management expertise (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
- Financial management and budgeting experience
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
