Job description:

On behalf of a leading legal practice with a proud heritage, we are seeking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team at their Kettering office. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to work with long-standing clients while also driving growth through business development and networking initiatives. 

- Salary circa £55,000
- Working hours Monday to Friday; 8:45am to 5:00pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Managing a substantial and varied caseload of commercial property matters and related transactions
- Developing and maintaining strong, long-term professional relationships with clients
- Acting proactively to meet client needs and delivering exceptional service
- Providing support to partners and the wider firm when required

Required Skills and Experience:

- Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with extensive post-qualification experience
- Proven track record of outstanding billing performance
- Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and personable approach
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Business development experience and a proactive approach
