Core Responsibilities
- Leverage your understanding of in-house UK end-to-end payroll process and of international payrolls to optimise program workflows and ensure statutory compliance - Work cross-functionally to maintain accurate payroll records, including processing related inputs and resolving discrepancies - Conduct audit to ensure compliance for payroll taxes, equity compensation, fringe/benefit tax, and statutory audits as applicable - Ensure operational efficiency by documenting and continuously improving procedures and workflows, including adequate internal controls - Serving as the point of contact for employee inquiries, including promptly responding to questions and requests; and ad hoc projects as necessary

What We Require
- 2+ years’ of UK payroll operations experience within a high-volume environment - Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
