Group Product Manager, Experience (Core Experience)

What You'll do

  • Lead and develop a group of Product Managers, building strong product leadership, clear ownership, and healthy team dynamics.
  • Define and drive product vision, strategy, and success metrics for initiatives within Core Experience, aligning teams around shared goals and priorities.
  • Own and evolve a multi-team product roadmap, balancing new opportunities, platform investments, technical health, and ongoing experience improvements.
  • Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Data Science, and User Research to identify user needs, validate hypotheses, and deliver cohesive end-to-end experiences.
  • Collaborate with peers and senior partners across [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk], communicating plans, progress, and tradeoffs while aligning with broader company objectives.
  • Enable adjacent teams and product areas by building Core Experience capabilities and patterns that scale across the organization.
  • Champion experimentation and learning, supporting teams in modern A/B testing, data-informed decision-making and iterative delivery.
  • Stay close to the work, maintaining a hands-on approach while operating at a strategic, multi-team level.

Who You Are

  • An expert product leader with prior people-management experience, including leading Product Managers across multiple teams.
  • Proven in building and scaling consumer-facing products, with strong instincts for high-quality user experiences.
  • Comfortable driving product strategy across several teams, navigating interdependencies and tradeoffs.
  • Highly collaborative, with deep experience partnering with Design, Engineering, Data, and Insights.
  • Broadly technically proficient, with familiarity in AI- and ML-enabled experiences, experimentation, and modern product development practices.
  • Data-informed and driven by results, using insights and metrics to guide prioritization and strategy.
  • A clear and compelling communicator, able to influence team members across functions and levels.
  • Thoughtful and resilient when working through ambiguity, balancing strong product intuition with critical thinking

Where You'll Be

  • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! For this role, you can be within the EMEA region as long as we have a work location (excluding France due to on-call restrictions).
  • This team operates within the Central European and GMT time zone for collaboration.
