Care Assistant - Extra Care Nights

We are recruiting Waking Night Care Assistants for Downlands Court in Peacehaven. In this role, you will support clients within an Extra Care facility designed to promote independent living in a safe, caring environment. If you are kind, sociable, and passionate about making a difference, this is the perfect opportunity—and no previous experience is required.

Key Details:

  • Shift Pattern: Waking Nights, 10pm – 7am.
  • Weekend Rota: Alternating weekends required.
  • Environment: Independent/Solo night working.

The Role

  • Personal Care: Assisting with washing, dressing, and continence support.
  • Practical Help: Medication management, meal preparation, and light domestic tasks.
  • Emotional Support: Providing vital companionship, reassurance, and comfort to residents.
