FULL DESCRIPTION

Our Training Program is designed to transform graduates into confident, capable members of a clinical biostatistics team. You’ll gain: Technical depth through SAS and R training and mock clinical studies, Industry insight into the roles, processes and standards that define CRO excellence, Essential people skills that help you communicate clearly, manage time effectively and collaborate with impact. From day one, you’ll be supported by a line manager, mentor and a buddy from the previous cohort. As the program progresses, you’ll transition into real client work with confidence, clarity and capability.

Roles and Requirements

Statisticians

Minimum requirement: MSc in Statistics or Medical Statistics

Job description

You'll:

  • Analyse clinical trial data using robust statistical methods
  • Contribute to statistical documents and programming tasks
  • Simulate study designs and explore disease areas through literature
  • Stay sharp with the latest methodologies

Programmers

Minimum requirement: BSc in Mathematics or Computer Science

job Description

You'll:

  • Manipulate and explore clinical trial data to industry standards
  • Develop statistical outputs for drug safety and efficacy
  • Apply new programming techniques in a consultative, cross-functional environment
