FULL DESCRIPTION

We're seeking a Director to join our Life Sciences Portfolio based in London. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape strategy, lead high-performing teams, and drive growth across one of our most dynamic and influential industry portfolios. In this position, you will lead and expand multi-million-dollar client accounts while collaborating with some of the largest and most prestigious global Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences organizations.

YOU WILL:

  • Drive business development, account leadership, and solution delivery (change management, project management, and technology) across the Life Sciences sector.
  • Build and leverage client and team relationships to drive results and fuel growth.
  • Identify and sell solutions that provide real value to clients through our holistic consulting approach.
  • Lead large, complex programs or multiple concurrent engagements, with cross-functional teams of 10+ people.
  • Develop creative, client-focused solutions that deliver long-term success.
  • Foster team growth by providing strong people leadership and mentorship, ensuring the development of high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrate proactivity and take initiative in identifying opportunities, solving challenges, and driving continuous improvement.

WE’D IDEALLY LIKE:

  • Demonstrable senior-level management consulting, advisory, professional services, and/or Big 4 consulting experience. Previous experience in Life Sciences is required.
  • Experience leading and growing multi-million-dollar client accounts, with a proven history of delivering measurable results.
  • Ability to establish credibility, build consensus, and activate collaboration with clients and teammates.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proven ability to design simple solutions for complex challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A track record of mentoring and developing talent, with a focus on team growth and leadership.
  • A proactive mindset, with a history of taking initiative to drive business and team success.
  • Experience developing high-performing teams that drive measurable business impact.
  • A track record of leading large, complex consulting engagements and building relationships with senior-level executives.
