[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Division is currently recruiting for a Business Administrator to join the team on a part time basis, covering maternity leave.

The role

In this role you will be responsible for carrying out range of administration duties providing support to the cleaning team at our offices on Fifers Lane.

  • Input data for completion of scheduled works
  • Resolving any pay queries and inputting data according
  • Assist with Health and safety compliance
  • Proactively monitor the progress of works and updating our systems
  • Issuing purchase orders for works required
  • Ensuring all invoices are raised to clients when the works are completed
  • Responding to requests for information
  • Attend contract review meetings

Our Successful Candidate

  • Previous administration experience within a busy environment
  • Ability to work towards deadlines
  • Strong experience with Microsoft office
