Benjamin Court - Cromer (Temporary Position - Covering Maternity Leave)

£35,016.63 Per Annum - £18.15 per hour.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care professional to join our team as Deputy Manager at Benjamin Court, on a temporary basis working 37 hours per week.

Monday-Thursday 09:00-17.00  Friday 09:00-16.30

The Opportunity:

As Deputy Manager, you will get the chance to work alongside dedicated management and operational care teams, playing a vital role in developing and maintaining excellent care services.

You will be constantly engaging with all colleagues and tenants/residents to ensure care plans are continuously reviewed and tailored to provide the best support, whilst also seeking guidance from care professionals that we partner with.

This role will provide you the opportunity to make a real difference in the care services we deliver, using your own compassion and dedication to drive and motivate our fantastic team.

What are we looking for from you?

You will have previous experience working at a supervisory level in a Social Care environment alongside:

  • Proven track record working at Team Leader level or above in a similar environment
  • Experience in delivering excellent person-centred care
  • Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and completion of the Care Certificate
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of care plans
  • Knowledge of CQC legislations and requirements
  • Strong communication skills

*About Benjamin Court:*

Benjamin Court is a housing with care scheme in Cromer, on the North Norfolk coast, where we provide care and support to tenants who live in their own flat under a tenancy agreement with Broadland Housing.

Flats are attractive, self-contained and easy to manage. They have a kitchen area, sitting room, bathroom and bedroom. You will also find an emergency call system, fire alarm system, TV and telephone sockets in every flat.
