The Role

As a Founder’s Office Associate, you will be at the centre of strategic execution, working across multiple business functions to drive impact. This is a high-visibility role that requires exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with senior leadership, supporting the Founder in decision-making, operational execution, and special projects. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic environment. A background in consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth start-up is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Strategic Execution: Work closely with the Founder to break down high-level strategic objectives into actionable tasks, ensuring timely execution across multiple departments.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across commercial, marketing, operations, finance and product to support key initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • End-to-End Project Delivery: Own and manage critical cross-functional projects from scoping to completion, ensuring timelines, stakeholder engagement, and outcomes are achieved. Provide clear reporting and learnings on progress and results.
  • Operational Optimisation: Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to drive operational excellence, using data to prioritise and measure the impact of changes.
  • Investor & Board Support: Assist with preparing materials for investors, board meetings, and leadership updates, grounded in data and strategic insight.
  • Ad-hoc Leadership Support: Provide hands-on support to the Founder and leadership team, adapting to rapidly changing priorities.

Core Competencies and Skills

  • 3-5 years in strategy consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or a high-growth start-up.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to turn strategic plans into tangible results with a bias for action.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • A relentless pursuit of excellence, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Self-starter with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
