A well-established and forward-thinking property consultancy is seeking a qualified and motivated Residential Surveyor to join its expanding professional services team. Residential Surveyor (MRICS or AssocRICS)
Location: Nationwide (Home Working)
Salary: £55,000–£60,000 + £5,000 car allowance + benefits
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities
- Undertake residential surveys and valuations for purposes including secured lending, acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio reviews
- Produce clear, well-evidenced reports that reflect local market conditions and client needs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across the lending, investor, and developer sectors
- Collaborate with internal teams across valuation, building consultancy, and project management
- Assist in mentoring and supporting junior surveyors and APC candidates
- Stay informed on market trends, legislative updates, and professional best practices
- Contribute to ongoing business development and client retention
Requirements
- MRICS or AssocRICS qualified
- Demonstrable experience in residential valuation and reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry valuation tools
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally or regionally
- Ability to manage workload independently while contributing to team success
