Your Responsibilities
Market Appraisals & Listings
- Conduct property valuations and convert them into instructions
- Advise clients on pricing and marketing strategy
- Build a strong pipeline of new listings
Sales & Negotiation
- Negotiate offers and manage deals through to completion
- Deliver a proactive and professional service to buyers and sellers
- Maximise opportunities from every enquiry and lead
Business Generation
- Generate new valuation opportunities
- Build relationships with vendors, buyers, and investors
- Identify opportunities to grow market share
Team Contribution
- Work closely with the branch team to achieve targets
- Share knowledge and support junior team members
- Contribute to branch performance and growth

What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Sales Negotiator, Lister, or Valuer within estate agency
- Proven track record of winning instructions and hitting targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Confident presenting to vendors during market appraisals
- Highly organised and motivated
- Professional, personable, and client-focused
- IT literate (CRM systems, Microsoft Office)
