FULL DESCRIPTION

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Services is seeking a motivated Recruitment Manager to join their team in Telford. The role involves managing the full recruitment process, from advertising and screening candidates to onboarding and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate will have previous recruitment and care experience, strong communication skills, and be target-driven.

About the Role

[Employer hidden] Services provides care and support to clients with NHS-funded Personal Health Budgets across England.

Your ability to understand company and client needs, communicate effectively, and move quickly in a busy environment will directly contribute to the success of the service.
