Female Support Worker

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Services Ltd are are looking for a friendly, compassionate Female Support Worker to provide 1-to-1 support to help our client live an independent, enjoyable, and fulfilling life in a fun and supportive home environment.

Hours (22 per week)

• Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 6:30pm
• Every other Saturday (split shift): 8:30am – 10:30am, 5:30pm – 7:30pm (All shifts are provided via rota and are not ad-hoc.)

About the Role You will support our client with daily life and community activities such as:

• Pursuing hobbies and interests
• Trips into the community
• Meeting family and friends
• Visiting the beach or country parks
• Shopping trips
• Arts and crafts

Training Provided Full bespoke clinical training including:

• Medication administration
• Enteral feeding
• Ventilation and oxygen support
• Nutrition and hydration
• Clinical observations
• Safe moving and handling

You’ll receive ongoing support from a Registered Nurse and our operational team.

Requirements

• Female applicant (genuine occupational requirement under the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and Equality Act 2010)
• Previous support experience preferred
• Driving licence preferred
• Non-smoker / non-vaper
• Must like dogs and be comfortable walking them
