Governors at [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] are looking to appoint an Early Career Teacher to join our enthusiastic and committed team in raising standards and outcomes for our children.

This post is suitable for ECTs with a passion for teaching and learning and potential to be exceptional practitioners. We offer a fully supported ECT programme and a stable staff team to mentor and support you. The post will be based in KS1 or KS2; we can be flexible to accommodate the right candidate.

Hours: Monday- Friday (27.5 hours per week), this includes a daily 30-minute unpaid break.

Salary: Main Pay Scale (MPR1-MPR6) £32,916 - £45,352
