The Executive Headteacher and Governors of Leighswood School are seeking to appoint two ambitious and inspirational teachers to work in our brand-new Specialist Resourced Provision from September 2026.

The successful candidates will work alongside our SENCo, Inclusion Manager and Senior Leadership Team to initially set up and then deliver provision for up to 8 pupils in each class who will all have Communication and Interaction as their designated primary area of need. Each class will also be supported by 2 teaching assistants.

The successful candidates will have access to, and work closely with, school staff, staff running an SRP at another Cadmus School in Walsall and Cadmus Inclusive who provide exceptional advice and support for school across and beyond Walsall.
