Job Details
St Matthew’s is a two form entry primary school, which is housed over two sites. We are seeking to appoint an excellent practitioner, and aspiring leader, to take a significant role in the leadership of our school.
The successful candidate will:
- have the vision to shape and deliver the best early years provision for our children and the knowledge and skills to help us to build on our ‘expected’ Ofsted judgment (February 2026)
- be an experienced early years teacher who is ready for an exciting leadership role;
- have excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families;
- be driven to make a difference in the lives of the children that attend our school;
- bring new ideas and strengths to enhance our existing team;
- support our Christian ethos.

Grade: Main Pay Scale - Upper Pay Scale, £32,916 - £51,048 p.a.
