West Park Primary is seeking an outstanding Core Subject Leader and Phase Lead to join our innovative Middle Leadership Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead Maths or English across the school, drive high-quality teaching, and ensure all pupils, including disadvantaged, SEND, and EAL learners, achieve their best.
- lead the whole-school Maths/English vision, curriculum development, and strategic planning
- drive staff development through coaching, mentoring, CPD, and moderation
- analyse data to improve outcomes and raise attainment for vulnerable pupils
- lead adaptive teaching, assessment, and smooth key stage transitions
- manage budgets and resources effectively and report progress to SLT and Governors.
