At Short Heath, we stand by our statement, ‘Every Day in Every Way, Everyone Matters’. This is what we live and breathe every day. Our schools are built on a foundation of love and compassion.
Our school community is amazing. Yet it has its challenges to face. We pride ourselves on the work we all do with our families to give them all the best opportunities to succeed, to be healthy of body and mind, and to be happy.
This role encompasses working with families at Early Help, Child In Need or Child Protection, across our schools. It includes working with families to get their children in school and learning, with high attendance rates. It includes giving our families the support they need, through parent workshops, support groups, or whatever else they ask us for.
