[Employer hidden] is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our warm, inclusive and ambitious team.

About the role:

  • Cover short-term teacher absence  delivering pre-planned lessons
  • Deliver targeted interventions to support pupil progress
  • Provide flexible support across Nursery to Year 4
  • Cover Teaching Assistants, including 1:1 SEND support where needed

  • Is highly flexible, resilient and adaptable
  • Has experience working across the primary age range up to Year 4
  • Can confidently lead learning and engage pupils
  • Is committed to inclusion and supporting children with additional needs
  • Works well as part of a team and builds strong relationships
