Teachers Main Pay Range
Actual Salary: Between £32,916 – £45,352 per annum
REQUIRED TO START: 01 September 2026

The Trustees are seeking to appoint a class teacher to join our rich, diverse, vibrant and inclusive school community.
[Employer hidden] is a larger than average three-form entry school located in Penn, Wolverhampton, and is proud to be part of the St Bartholomew’s CE Multi-Academy Trust. The school was graded as outstanding in its last Ofsted: February 2024.
The appointed teacher will be allocated a key stage or year group which aligns with their experiences and strength.
Job Details
We are looking for good/outstanding child‑centred practitioners with:
- High expectations of all children and a proven commitment to raising standards across a rich and diverse school community
- Proven experience of successful adaptive teaching, enabling pupils from a wide range of backgrounds, abilities and starting points to achieve highly and flourish
- The ability to plan for inclusivity, designing ambitious, accessible learning that meets the needs of every learner
- The ability to motivate, support and inspire children and colleagues through exemplary practice
- Strong organisation and time‑management skills
- Successful teaching experience in the primary phase
- Secure subject knowledge in phonics, English, maths and the wider curriculum, with the ability to adapt content effectively
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a committed team
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues
- A firm commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children
