Are you passionate about using technology to improve lives? We are seeking a Digital Technology Officer to work closely with individuals, families, and caregivers to identify, implement, and support digital solutions that promote independence, safety, and wellbeing. You will be at the forefront of integrating smart technology into care pathways, empowering service users and professionals alike.
The person we are looking for will be innovative and efficient in completing market research and understanding digital technology solutions that are available. You will also be confident in developing your own knowledge and understanding of interventions to enable clear set up, implementation and ongoing use of digital technology for the end user. You will excellent communicator, have a good understanding and/or experience of Social Care or Support Services and good IT knowledge.
The aim of the service is to offer a flexible menu of options that are fully responsive and customer focussed reaching a wide client group. In your role as the Digital Technology Officer you will be responsible in leading the services growth and integration with Digital Smart technology; Supporting the customers journey from the Initial Care and needs assessment to the implementation of technology in the users home.
To flourish as a Digital Technology Officer you must possess a genuine desire to help vulnerable people. You will need to be compassionate, self-motivated, and a hardworking candidate to join our team. This position is a crucial role and you will be working as a key representative for a business that helps thousands of vulnerable people each year.
A basic DBS and drivers licence is required for this role
