The Adult Social Care Workforce Development Team are looking for one full-time Workforce Development Apprentice to help support with our workforce development projects four days a week. The other day will be spent completing a Level 4 Associate Project Manager apprenticeship to help develop your project management and business and administration skills.
Are you looking for your first job post-education and wanting to make a difference to people’s lives? Or are you looking for a career change into workforce development and/or project management?
Then come join our Workforce Development Team and be a key part of making sure we have the right people with the right skills to do the right jobs effectively, ensuring staff feel valued, heard and supported throughout. If you have good basic IT skills, can communicate clearly, and are keen to learn, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
We’re looking for someone who is willing to develop strong project management abilities, can work accurately, is able to organise their workload, and can work both independently and as part of a team. If you are enthusiastic about developing your skills and building a career in adult social care, workforce development and project management, we’d love to hear from you.
