Job Details

[Employer hidden] is a friendly, nurturing and welcoming one-form entry Church of England school. Due to long standing staff being promoted we are looking for two permanent class teachers to join our supportive team and can accommodate them in any Key Stage or Foundation Stage within school (please specify your year group of interest). The roles would be suitable for either an ECT or a more experienced teacher on the main pay scale.

We believe that building relationships with children and families is key to children’s success and happiness and we are looking for teachers who share this belief.

Key Requirements• Qualified teacher status (or expected to achieve this) • Good or outstanding practice with high expectations for achievement and behaviour for allchildren, including those with SEND • A sound understanding of the primary school curriculum • A good understanding of how children learn to read • A nurturing approach which values relationships • A drive to support the whole school vision • Dedication and a willingness to contribute to the whole school ethos • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills allowing you to be a wonderful team member
