We are looking to appoint an inspiring Family Liaison Officer who is a dedicated individual and committed to making a positive difference to our community. The post holder will ensure effective and appropriate interventions are carried out to support student welfare, safeguarding and attendance. This will involve working alongside students and their families, as well as external agencies. You will have the ability to offer calm, appropriate and supportive advice to ensure the highest level of support for our students and families in line with the expectation and ethos of the Academy. The role will have a travel requirement and a Driving Licence is necessary for visiting families in their homes.

Working hours: Term time (37 hours) + 5 PD days
Start date: June 2026
