The Trustees are seeking to appoint a strong Level 3 Teaching Assistant, who has had experience of upper Key Stage Two or secondary school, as initially the role would be to work with older primary school children.

The Academy is looking for an outstanding Level 3 Teaching Assistant, who is aspirational, enthusiastic, creative, caring and committed to supporting the delivery of education within our academy. The successful candidate will support teaching staff in the development and education of pupils, including the provision of specialist skills as appropriate.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience of working in a similar role within KS2;
  • Have experience of providing intervention support as set by the teacher;
  • Monitor students’ progress;
  • Record and report on pupils’ achievements to teaching staff.
