About the Team:
Stratford District Family Help Team are looking for a social worker seeking to make a difference to join our family-focused team based in Stratford Upon Avon. With offices based just outside Stratford Upon Avon town centre the service works with children from 0-18 covering a range of work from supporting families on a Child In Need basis through to child protection, PLO, court work, children in care and adoption.

Key Requirements:

Applicants for the role will need a professional Social Work qualification and Social Work England Registration.

As part of the role a market supplement may be available for Experienced Social Worker (K, L, N). Up to £51,726.00 per annum (Includes a £3,500 pro-rated market supplement which is subject to pension, tax and NI deductions Ts&Cs apply). Plus, Relocation Allowance up to £8,000 may be available from 1st April 2026 if the relevant policy criteria are met. Ts&Cs apply).
