The Bridge Academy is seeking to appoint committed, passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants primary or secondary to join our friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity to support our pupils learning and make a real difference in their school experience.
Level 2 £25,185 - £25,989 FTE Actual salary £19,369 - £19,987 per annum
Level 3 £25,989 - £27,254 FTE Actual salary £19,987 - £20,960 per annum
The Teaching Assistant will be required to:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities
- Assist pupils with learning, ensuring they reach their full potential
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Support with preparation of resources and classroom management
- Contribute to pupil wellbeing and pastoral support
- The role will also include lunchtime supervision
